Dr. Holder's experiments for the Army with Death 1 are a failure. When the Army comes to pick up the remaining drug a terrorist group steal it. While trying to escape one of the terrorists manages to get some of the drug on his skin. After getting to a hotel the terrorist infectes other hotel guest. The army arrives at the hotel and finds the dead terrorist. To end the infection all of the hotel guest are killed and the body of the dead terrorist is burned ending the infection. What the Army didn't anticipate was the effect the gas, from the burned body, would have on living things that came into contact with it.
